Fund Your Account
Before trading, you must deposit funds into your Cascade account. You can deposit using USDC, wire transfer, or ACH.
Option 1: Deposit USD via Bank Transfer
To deposit or withdraw USD directly from your bank account, you must first enable banking access.
Click Deposit and follow the prompts.
You will be asked to complete identity verification and connect your bank account. Cascade partners with Bridge \(a Stripe product\) to securely handle bank connections and KYC. All information is encrypted and Cascade does not have access to your banking credentials.
You may be required to provide:
- First name
- Last name
- Date of birth
- Country
- Residential address
- City, State, ZIP code
- Social Security Number \(if required\)
Some jurisdictions may have restrictions.
If verification is rejected, contact support at info@cascade.xyz.
ACH Transfer
Link your bank account via the banking portal.
- Free
- Typically settles in 1–3 business days
Wire Transfer
Send USD via bank wire.
- Converted to USDC upon receipt
- $10 fee
- Typically settles in under 5 minutes during banking hours
Required wire details:
- Bank name
- Beneficiary name
- Routing number
- Account number
- Bank address
- Beneficiary address
Option 2: Deposit USDC (Instant)
Transfer USDC from an external wallet to your Cascade account.

- Instant settlement
Once received, your portfolio value and available balance update automatically.
Ensure you transfer USDC on the Arbitrum network.
Withdraw Funds
Click Withdraw next to the Deposit button.
You can:
- Withdraw USDC to an external wallet
- Withdraw USD to your linked bank account (if verified)
